Special non-magnetic insert designed for micromanipulation in cancer research
In the 21st century, from the point of view of research and development, it can be said that cancer research has become a phenomenon. Scientists are constantly advancing research and discoveries that help us break down cancer-causing cells, etc. The approaches to research are really diverse. One of the new approaches can be to deliver substances to the cancerous cells that can locally attack and eliminate the malignant tumor. One of the effective ways to fight cancer cells is to use active particles that are applied locally. There are many ways to deliver such particles to cancer cells. Magnetic particles can be transported to the cancer cells with the help of a magnetic field using a special tool.

Customized solutions for non-magnetic operations
Unfortunately, most microscope chambers placed on the microscope stage are made of unsuitable components (iron, which attracts the magnet applied to the cells) or contain built-in magnets that can affect the entire experiment when a magnetic field is applied to the magnetic particles. Therefore, we have developed a unique non-magnetic holder for these purposes, including a circular dish system. An illustrative model is shown in Figure 2.
Move with nanorobots with magnets!
Our custom non-magnetic fixture enables the use of a manipulator with a strong magnet at its tip. Such magnetic micromanipulators are commonly used to move magnetic particles during in vitro experiments. The non-magnetic insert consists of several components. A thin cover glass, a plastic gasket, and a threaded metal pressure ring are used to form a microscopic dish that is placed in the central part of a non-magnetic insert.

Discussion
Why not use a standard insert for microscopic systems? The inserts are mostly include some magnetic parts and it is not possible to use the micromanipulator with a magnetic tip. A new version is in the preparation. A new version of the non-magnetic insert with an improved microscopic dish is already under development - the dish should be able to maintain any physiological conditions for the cells.
